1. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed in your shopping cart/checkout before you place the order.
The applicable shipping charge may vary depending on:
- Total shipment weight
- Package dimensions and volumetric weight
- Delivery destination/pincode
- Courier and shipping service available for the location
Therefore, the final delivery charge may differ from one order to another. The exact applicable shipping cost will be clearly shown in the cart/checkout before payment.
For eligible orders, free shipping may be available as per the applicable offers or shipping conditions displayed on the website.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, are generally processed and dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are generally dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is generally 1–7 working days after dispatch.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, shipment weight and dimensions, weather conditions, public holidays, and other logistical factors.
The delivery timeline shown at checkout, where available, should be considered an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and pincode while placing an order.
Once an order has been placed, the delivery address may not be changed. Please carefully verify your details before completing your purchase.
We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
5. Delivery Across India
Greynite Nutrition currently provides delivery services across India, subject to courier availability for the destination.
International delivery is not currently available as a standard shipping option. Customers requiring international delivery may contact us directly to discuss availability and applicable shipping charges.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered contact information.
You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment through the respective courier partner. Where available, tracking details may also be accessible through your Greynite Nutrition account.
7. Delivery Delays
Although we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, incorrect address details, weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
